Where the site is hosted
Two different places, and the distinction matters for your personal information.
- The pages you browse are served by a server rented from Hostinger International Ltd. — server located in the United States.
- The shop — catalogue, cart, checkout, payment, orders and newsletter — is powered by Shopify Inc., on its own servers. This site holds no customer database of its own.
The details of what is collected, how long it is kept and your rights are in the privacy policy.
Site content
The texts, layout, photographs, product pages and the name SHAY SKIN belong to us. You may quote a page by naming the source and linking to it. Reproducing the texts or photos elsewhere, altering them, or using them for another business requires our written permission.
“ZO Skin Health” and the names of the products sold in our shop are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them to identify the products we distribute as an authorized reseller; that gives us no ownership of them. Images and copy supplied by the manufacturer remain theirs.
What this site is not
This site sells skincare products. They are cosmetics: the descriptions are there to inform you, they make no diagnosis and do not replace the advice of a physician, dermatologist or pharmacist. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, patch-test on a small area, and if a reaction appears, stop using the product and seek advice.
Applicable law
This site is aimed at the public in Quebec. It is governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
Nothing on this page removes the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act.
